cleanenergyforeveryone VERGÜTUNGS-KLASSEN In Deutschland kann Sonnen-Strom auf Grundlage des Gesetzes für den Vor- rang Erneuerbarer Energien (Erneu-erbare Energien Gesetz - EEG) in das öffentliche Stromnetz eingespeichert werden. Der lokale Netzbetreiber nimmt den Strom ab und vergütet ihn mit einem gesetzlich vorgegebenen Be- trag. Das EEG ist erstmals zum 1. April 2000 in Kraft getreten, eine Novelle trat zum 1. August 2004 in Kraft. Ab dem 1. Januar 2009 gibt es eine weitere Vergütungsklasse: Aufdachanla- gen mit einer Leistung über ein Mega- watt; diese erhalten eine Grundvergü- tung von 5 Cent/kwH für Anlagen, die in eine Gebäudehülle integriert sind. cleanenergyforeveryone REGULATIONS FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY The German regulation calls for a priority in the regulations for renewable energy (EEG regulation) which is then transferred into the general electrical grid. The local electrical companies are dedicated to buy this power to a regulated set fee. This EEG regulation came into force on the 1st of April 2000. An amendment of this regulation was stipulated on the 1st. of August 2004. Per Kilowatt power (KWh), which is won through the sun, is reimbursed with minimum 21,11 Euro Cent. This is based on the actual situation in the year 2011. It varies according to the systems size and capacity and is paid for no less than 20 years.
